Someone translating ideas into systems and execution, usually a generalist, rarely with a manager above them who thinks the way they do.
I get energy from helping people solve their own problems. I don't hand you the answers. I make space for whatever's actually on your mind and help you find your own way there, offering my perspective and lived experience along the way. Part coaching, part mentorship.
